I'm Phillip.

2 years after graduating with my Masters in Physiotherapy, I entered entrepreneurship. I thought I could 'learn it as I go' but the truth is, I didn't know 'shit from jack'. Somehow... I managed to build my own little six figure lifestyle business as a coach/physio hybrid.

How? I developed my own style of selling that worked in almost every health setting. I started teaching my methods to other health pros and it didn't just work... it  destroyed their expectations. Now I share these skills with clinic owners so their teams can deliver better patient experiences, improving conversions, retention and profitability.

My Story

'I'm not really sure. You're unpredictable.' - mum.

This was my mum's response when I asked her to summarise my story. I never liked the 9-5 life. I never wanted to get a job. I wanted to create things that helped society. 

Is that a job? I don't know.

But that's why so many of us go into business. We just wanted to create our impact for society and that's enough. As a clinic owner, I'm sure you are the same.

After selling health products and services for over a decade, I realised what I actually created was a system of selling that works specifically for the health field. Using this system, I've sold physiotherapy, coaching, retreats and digital courses.

Now I teach high performing teams to do the same.

Why I Do It

Sales is the dirtiest word in health. Health professionals immediately think any talk of sales is aligned with unethical practise and overservicing. This leads to consults where professionals are 'scared' to pitch what they truly think the patients need... leading to lack of rebookings, poor patient care and low remuneration.

Then what happens? Clinic owners struggle to pay their team well. Teams feel low reward for hard work. The whole system breaks down.

I believe sales is the skill clinics and clinicians need to build healthy, long lasting impact AND rewarding careers. I know it has for me, and I want to help you have the same.
