How did I even get here?
I discovered health and fitness very early in life, picking up my first set of dumbbells at 13 years old.
And I haven't put them down since (metaphorically).
Health and fitness changed my life beyond what I thought was possible - and that's why I decided to enter a career in health.
There was a problem.
Even after spending 6 years studying, attaining two degrees, two certificates and lots of competition experience...
I still wasn't able to sell or rebook patients in any meaningful way. Because although I KNEW a lot, what I DIDN'T know was how to SELL it in a way that made OTHERS see its' value.
Just because I VALUE health...
Doesn't mean my clients will.
And so I started figuring out how to convince my clients to invest in their health, spending hours reading about motivational and sales psychology...
Testing all these new methods on my leads and clients.
Ultimately, I discovered two key principles.
1. People only buy from others they trust and...
2. Building trust is THE ultimate goal in health
I turned my learnings into a system of selling
First and foremost, I need to make money to sustain this career.
Secondly, I realised that my patients needed to buy me before they bought my service.
I know it's not enough just to know my craft.
I needed to be able to demonstrate my craft.
To communicate my craft.
Before long, I started showing my system to others
I started showing other health pros how to sell using my method.
It worked.
And others started asking me about it too.
That's when I knew there was a problem in our industry.
Health pros couldn't sell. And their patients were suffering because of it.
I teach this because selling doesn't have to be what you think it is
Most health pros think sales and health shouldn't mix which is exactly why most health professionals aren't able to keep patients compliant.
They fear selling so much that they undersell. This causes early patient drop out, low income for the practitioner, and clinic owners who can't keep afloat.
But it doesn't have to be this way at all.
